Brand strategy & positioning
Who the audience thinks you are, why they choose you over the next account, and what you refuse to be. Written down, then defended in every decision that follows.
Rise Agency
Management consultancy · Independent since 2022
Rise Agency is a management consultancy for social media creators. We build the brand strategy, the audience engine and the revenue model that turn a following into a company — across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, Reddit, TikTok and YouTube.
Most creators plateau for the same reason. They are the strategist, the producer, the editor, the community manager and the accountant — and every hour of revenue is tied to an hour of their attention.
The ceiling is not talent and it is rarely reach. It is that nothing in the operation runs without the person in front of the camera. Growth stalls, income swings month to month, and taking a week off costs real money.
Our work is to put a company underneath the creative — so the brand keeps compounding whether or not its founder is online.
What changes
Six disciplines, run as one strategy. Most clients need all of them; nobody is made to buy the ones they don't.
Who the audience thinks you are, why they choose you over the next account, and what you refuse to be. Written down, then defended in every decision that follows.
A calendar built around what performs, so nothing is shot without a purpose and nothing sits unpublished. You create; we decide what runs, when, and where it goes first.
Structured testing across platforms until we know what actually pulls, then budget and effort behind the winners only. Growth as a repeatable process, not a lucky post.
Trained account managers covering your inbox and comments across time zones, writing in your voice and inside boundaries you set in advance. Nothing goes out that you haven't approved.
Subscriptions, digital products, brand partnerships, affiliate and licensing — sequenced so each one supports the next instead of competing for the same audience.
What came in, where it came from, and what we are changing next. One report a week, in plain language. No dashboards you have to interpret yourself.
One strategy, adapted per channel — because an audience that only exists in one place is an audience you can lose overnight.
Five stages. The first one is free and you keep the work whether or not we go further.
We read the whole operation — brand, content, distribution, community and revenue — and name exactly where the money and the momentum are leaking. Delivered in writing.
Positioning, channel plan, content system and a revenue model with targets against it. This is the document everything afterwards is measured against.
Accounts structured, calendar loaded, community coverage staffed and trained on your voice, owned assets stood up so no single platform holds your whole business.
Test, read the data, cut what fails and fund what works. Repeated weekly. Most of the compounding happens here.
Every week: revenue, sources, what we changed, what we're changing next. You are never guessing what your own business is doing.
Our terms
Most people who come to us have been managed badly at least once. Long contracts, no reporting, handed to whoever was free that week, and gone the moment numbers dipped.
We built this firm around the opposite of that. Small client list, senior people on every account, and terms written so that leaving is easy — which is the only honest reason to expect anyone to stay.
Established creators who already have an audience and are running everything themselves. We are most useful once there is real revenue to protect and a genuine capacity ceiling — not at the very start.
We operate them; you own them. Every account, domain, mailing list and piece of content stays in your name, and access is returned in full whenever an engagement ends.
It depends on scope and which of the six disciplines you need. Commercial terms are discussed on the first call, in full, before anything is signed. We don't publish a price list because we don't sell a fixed package.
You keep creating and you sign off on direction. Everything else — planning, distribution, community coverage, reporting — is ours. Most clients spend a couple of hours a week with us.
No. Boundaries are agreed in writing before an engagement starts and they are a hard constraint on everything we do. Growth that costs you your own limits isn't a service, it's a liability.
The audit lands in days. Structural work shows in weeks. Compounding revenue is a quarter-scale outcome, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
Tell us what you're building and where it's stuck. We'll read the operation and come back with where the money is leaking — yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
