The creator owns everything
Accounts, audience, domains, content, mailing list. All of it stays in your name during an engagement and after it. A firm that needs to hold your assets to keep you is telling you something.

The firm
Rise Agency is an independent management consultancy for social media creators. We have worked with creator businesses since 2022 — and we built this firm specifically around the failures we kept being hired to clean up.
Almost everyone who contacts us has been managed badly before. The pattern barely varies: a long contract signed at a hopeful moment, a named senior person who disappears after week two, the account handed to whoever has capacity, no reporting of any kind, and silence the moment revenue dips.
The creator comes out of it having lost a year, some money, and usually a chunk of the audience relationship that made her worth managing in the first place. Then she is expected to trust the next firm that sends a DM.
We built the firm we'd have wanted our clients to find the first time.
That means a deliberately small client list, senior people on every account, weekly reporting sent whether the news is good or bad, and exit terms we're willing to put on the table at the first call. If leaving is easy and people stay anyway, the work is doing its job.

02
Agreed in writing before we start, enforced on our own team, and never quietly traded for a good month. Growth that costs someone their own limits isn't a result, it's a liability.
03
Every week, good or bad. The single most common thing we hear about previous management is that the numbers simply stopped arriving once they got uncomfortable.
04
One platform, one product, one traffic source — that's not a business, it's a bet. Most of our structural work is quietly about making a client harder to destroy.
05
No purchased followers, no engagement pods, no fabricated numbers on a report. It corrupts the only data you'd use to make decisions, and it is trivially detectable by anyone who matters.
06
Nothing is published without the informed consent of every person in it. This is not negotiable, it is not a preference, and it has ended conversations for us before.
Independent and self-funded. No outside investors setting a growth target that has to be paid for out of client accounts.
Every client has a named lead who stays for the life of the engagement, supported by trained account managers who handle day-to-day community coverage across time zones. The lead you meet on the audit call is the lead you keep.
We cap how many clients we take at once. It is the only real mechanism that stops a service business quietly becoming worse at the thing it sells.
The short version
No sales team, no discovery-call funnel. The first conversation is with whoever would actually lead your account.
