How we work

Five stages, no mystery.

Every engagement runs the same way. You know what happens at each stage, what you get at the end of it, and what is expected of you — before anything is signed.

  1. Audit — week one, free

We go through the whole operation: positioning, content, distribution, community handling and revenue. Then we write down exactly where momentum and money are leaking, with the fixes ranked by what they're worth.

You get: a written audit you keep, whether or not we go any further. We need: read access to your analytics and an honest hour of conversation.

  2. Blueprint — weeks two to three

Positioning statement, channel plan, content system and a revenue model with targets against each stream. This becomes the document every later decision is measured against — including ours.

You get: the strategy, the targets and the commercial terms in full. We need: your boundaries, written down, and a decision.

  3. Build — weeks three to six

Accounts structured and cross-linked, calendar loaded from your existing archive, community coverage staffed and trained on your voice guide, and your owned assets — site and mailing list — stood up in your name.

You get: the machine, assembled. We need: access, a first content batch, and sign-off on the voice guide.

  4. Scale — ongoing

Test, read, cut, fund. Weekly. Hooks, formats, posting hours, offers and pricing all move on evidence. This is the unglamorous part where most of the compounding actually happens.

You get: a growth process that keeps working. We need: you shooting to the agreed schedule.

  5. Report — every week, forever

Revenue, sources, what we changed, what we're changing next. Monthly call, quarterly strategy reset. Sent whether the week was good or bad — a report you only get in good months isn't reporting.

You get: total visibility of your own business. We need: twenty minutes of your attention.

What we expect from you

Management only works when both sides hold up their end. Ours is written above. Yours is short, and we say it out loud on the first call rather than burying it in a contract.

  • Create to the agreed schedule. No strategy survives an empty calendar.
  • Give us the access we need to do the job you're paying for.
  • Set your boundaries early and tell us when they change.
  • Don't run parallel management. Two strategies is no strategy.
  • Answer the weekly report. Twenty minutes. It's your business.

Where we say no

We turn work down regularly, and we'd rather say why here than waste your call.

  • No audience yet — there is nothing to manage, and we'd be selling you hope.
  • Unwilling to create consistently — the whole model depends on it.
  • Wanting bought followers or faked engagement. We don't do it, at any price.
  • Already under management and looking to run us in parallel.
  • Anything published without the consent of everyone in it.

Stage one is free.

The audit costs you an hour and you keep it either way. It's the least risky way to find out whether we're any good.
