This notice covers personal data collected through rise-talent-solutions.com. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page:

• Your name and email address.
• Your account handle or website, if you give one.
• Your answers to the platform, stage and services questions.
• Whatever you write in the message field.
• The two-letter country code our host attaches to the request.

If you email us directly, we hold that email and whatever is in it. That is the full extent of it.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting and no third-party tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Our host processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from them and we do not link them to enquiries.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Solely to read your enquiry and reply to it, and — if we go on to work together — to run that engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our services, and, once an engagement starts, performance of a contract.

We do not use enquiry data for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list. There is no follow-up sequence if you do not reply.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and land in a business inbox and internal workflow tool. Those providers process the data on our instructions only.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes. We disclose it only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

Email agencyrise5@gmail.com and we will action it. There is no charge and no form to fill in. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The enquiry form posts to an endpoint that validates and forwards the message without storing it. We hold no database of visitors.

No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
