Terms of use
These terms govern your use of rise-talent-solutions.com. They do not govern a client engagement — that is a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this website replaces it.
Who we are
This site is operated by Rise Talent Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17381528, trading as Rise Agency. Contact: agencyrise5@gmail.com or +44 7375 717766. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
The information here is general
Everything published on this site — including the Insights articles — is general commentary about creator businesses. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice of any kind.
Do not make a business decision on the basis of a page on this website. Get advice that accounts for your actual circumstances, from someone qualified to give it.
Nothing here is an offer
Descriptions of our services are an invitation to start a conversation. They are not a contractual offer and they do not create an engagement.
We provide services only under a signed written agreement setting out scope, fees, term and notice. Until that exists, we owe you nothing and you owe us nothing.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular commercial result. Creator businesses depend on platform algorithms, audience behaviour, competition, timing and the creator's own output — most of which no consultancy controls.
Any figures, ranges or examples on this site are illustrative of how we work. They are not a forecast of what you will earn, and should not be read as one.

When you use the enquiry form, tell us the truth and send only information you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential material belonging to someone else, and do not send us anyone's personal data without their knowledge.
We treat enquiries as confidential and use them only to reply to you. See the privacy notice.

You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system.
- Submit malicious code, or use the enquiry form to send bulk or automated messages.
- Scrape or systematically extract content for commercial reuse without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
